Wanda Williams lives by a strong moral code: help others, be patient and kind, and do the work. Wanda has faced struggles in her life, but they have only made her stronger and increasingly convinced that more lawmakers are needed who are resourceful, resilient, and authentically committed to helping improve others’ quality of life.

Supervisor Wanda Wiliams is laser focused on the major challenges and priorities facing Solano County, including:

• Revitalizing our economy and shared prosperity as we navigate dangerous times
• Building on recent successes to strengthen our collaborative and comprehensive regional approach to address homelessness and invest in mental health services
• Creating more opportunity and access for underserved communities in our schools and career pipelines
• Modernizing the Solano County Fire District through new equipment, fire stations, and efficiency measures to improve fire response throughout Solano County and better mitigate wildfire risk
• Improving community safety by working with the Sheriff’s Office on stronger interagency cooperation, and working with all regional partners on opportunities for at risk youth to improve their lives
• Accelerating our transition to renewable energy and green infrastructure
• Preserving our open space and farmlands
• Securing more affordable and workforce housing for all
